Rosemont House come to shape, We are excited

We love to see new house comes to shape. This is our Rosemont house in progress.  Look at this nice proportioned house, it is elegant. Under crisp spring sunshine, it is just beautiful.

Owner is right, he does not want regular black roofing color, this is a good choice by the owner.
Also, this is life time warranty roofing, unlike those 20 years warranty provided by other builders.
Notice how we tape windows and we place tight tyvek house wrap on the house, compare to those "less expensive" builder, it shows our work crew has higher standard.
